1. Introduction

1.1. Bernhard 'BearY' Siegl is referred to as "Coach," and the individual or entity engaging the Coach's services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

2. Services Provided

2.1. The Coach agrees to provide League of Legends coaching services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to:

a. Personalized gameplay analysis b. Individualized coaching sessions c. Strategy development d. Skill improvement guidance

3. Payment

3.1. The Client agrees to pay the Coach the agreed-upon fee for the coaching services. Payment terms and methods will be specified in a separate agreement or invoice.

4. Scheduling

4.1. Coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Coach and the Client. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Both the Coach and the Client agree to keep all discussions and information shared during coaching sessions confidential. This includes but is not limited to gameplay strategies, personal information, and coaching methodologies.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. The Coach and the Client agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client may be entitled to a refund or rescheduled session at the discretion of the Coach.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By engaging in the League of Legends coaching services provided by Bernhard "BearY" Siegl, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
